1984-1999 Fits Harley Big Twin 1340 Evo Adjustable Pushrods + Oring Kit

4 O'RINGS PUSHROD TUBE TAPPET. 4 O'RINGS PUSHROD TUBE TO CYLINDER HEAD. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - ADJUSTABLE PUSHRODS.

Remove stock pushrods by carefully cutting them off with bolt cutters (do one cylinder at a time). Get cylinder on compression stroke. Rotate until the intake valve has closed (both tappets in lowest position). Be sure the end of the pushrod is seated in the rocker arm. Adjust it to zero lash (free spin - no free play, no preload on lifters).

Adjust pushrods an additional 3 turns out. Tighten locknuts on the pushrod (do not over tighten). Repeat on other pushrod on the same cylinder.

Do not turn engine until lifters bleed down and both pushrods can be turned by fingers. Repeat on the other cylinder. Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 central time.
