This listing is for a brand new Adjustable push rod kit with Tubes and Seals to fit the Harley Evolution engines, to fit the following. Harley Evolution (EVO) from 1984 - 1999. Comes with everything shown in the picture above, you will get the following. New Chrome Push Rod Tubes 4 pcs. Clips and O-rings for the Tubes 16 pcs.

Easy Adjustable Pushrods - Intake and Exhaust 4 pcs. You can review the complete INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS for Push Rods below!! These are some of the best Push Rods and parts on the market! NOTE: Does not work with Sportster models. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - ADJUSTABLE PUSH RODS.

Remove stock push rods by carefully cutting them off with bolt cutters (do one cylinder at a time). Get cylinder on compression stroke.

Rotate until the intake valve has closed (both tappets in lowest position). Install the new push rods.

Be sure the end of the push rod is seated in the rocker arm. Adjust it to zero lash (free spin - no free play, no pre-load on lifters). Adjust push rods on additional 3 turns out.

Tighten lock nuts on the push rod (do not over tighten). Repeat on other push rod on the same cylinder. Do not turn engine until lifters bleed down and both push rods can be turned by fingers. Repeat on the other cylinder. These parts are brand new production made in the USA!!
